Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld RF scanners to verify inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to meet daily volume targets and deadlines.
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
