Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead part-time staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipping/receiving
- Implement process improvements to reduce errors and increase productivity
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
