Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities to maintain 24/7 operational flow
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, throughput, errors) to drive continuous improvement
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and forklift fleet operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 credentials required
- Proven track record in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
