Responsibilities
- Coordinate inventory movements and shipments through digital tracking systems while on-site
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts using RF scanners and digital platforms
- Collaborate remotely with logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution workflows
- Maintain accurate digital records of all material transactions
- Ensure warehouse safety protocols are followed during all operations
- Support cross-functional teams through virtual communication channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong digital literacy for remote coordination tasks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- OSHA 10 certification or commitment to complete within 30 days
- Valid driver's license with clean record
