Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring task completion and productivity standards
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols, conduct daily safety audits
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and maintain quality control standards
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and reporting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as operational needs require
