Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and lead a team of part-time warehouse associates on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervision experience or equivalent leadership role
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
