Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and mentor part-time staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cycle count processes
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
