Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and space utilization
- Train new employees on equipment operation and standard procedures
- Monitor daily operations to meet productivity and quality standards
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management or supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
