Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and efficient workflows
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize transportation schedules
- Prepare daily reports on productivity, inventory levels, and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with supervisory background
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis
