- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment functionality
- Prepare daily performance reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy with WMS software experience
