- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring performance standards are met
- Implement lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics coordination
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and safety leadership expertise
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Forklift certification and material handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
