Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Optimize inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse layout
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
