Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, and shipping operations
- Train and mentor staff on proper equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA standards
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and minimize errors

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and lean methodologies
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays during peak seasons
