- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor part-time staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless dock scheduling and shipment coordination
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance standards across all warehouse activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
