Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing products
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors
- Generate operational reports and analyze KPIs for performance optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and warehouse software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Remote work experience preferred
