Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse workflow
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and literacy skills
- RF scanner experience a plus
- Valid forklift certification desired
- Background check and drug screen required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
