Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to optimize efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to our NW Miami facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
