Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock integrity
- Package items securely to prevent transit damage and reduce returns
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and meet daily KPIs
- Train new team members on SOPs and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse (40-75°F)
- Flexible availability including weekends during peak seasons
