Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to picking tickets and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for damage and verify inventory counts
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Adhere to productivity metrics while maintaining accuracy
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
