Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for defects and report any discrepancies to the shift lead immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to log inventory movements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Sort and organize pallets for efficient loading onto delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and calculating quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
