Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated temperature zones (below 40°F).
- Monitor storage temperatures regularly and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the storage aisles and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long shifts.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory management.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
