Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from inventory storage areas based on digital pick lists.
- Pack items securely in appropriate boxes or containers to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanning devices (RF guns) to verify item counts and locations.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading outbound shipments onto delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for reading pick tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
