Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and pick items based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Package and label items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspect products for quality control and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts, in accordance with safety training.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory counts and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
