Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Efficiently pack, seal, and label products for shipment using various packaging materials.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock in the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (including forklifts) to move materials as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Overtime Support: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime shifts when business demands.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We train all new hires on the job.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand work instructions.
