Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from shelves or storage areas using handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Package items securely using boxes, bubble wrap, and tape to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
