Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping quotas.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality, accuracy, and damage.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and sealing of all orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) with precision.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to our facility in the Boston area.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
