Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and inspecting product quality.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle package handling, labeling, and shipping processes accurately.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
