- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Document work activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs consistently
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to North Columbus location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
