Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support cross-functional tasks including quality checks and order assembly
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 6am-2pm)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
