Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Quality Control: Verify that all items match the purchase order and are in perfect condition before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (including pallet jacks and forklifts) safely and efficiently as trained.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Reporting: Report any damaged goods or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic counting and reading of labels.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by peak seasons.
