As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment using state-of-the-art technology.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pack items from shelves based on pick tickets.
- Verify item quantities and ensure accurate packaging to prevent damage.
- Label, sort, and stage orders for shipping and delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
