Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse technology to verify inventory levels.
- Ensure all packages are properly labeled, sealed, and staged for delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve order discrepancies.
- Perform light maintenance on packing equipment and report any malfunctions.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.
