Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect products for quality before shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily targets
- Organize stock in designated warehouse zones
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- RF scanner experience preferred (training provided)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (forklift operation)
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background/drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park Drive
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
