Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Verify product quality and inspect packaging materials for integrity.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
- Scan barcodes and utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse location.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
