Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from shelves according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hire), and handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Verify order quantities and scan items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
