Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from shelves based on pick tickets using handheld scanners.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery and prevent damage.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards during the picking process.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills required for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
