Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld RF scanners to pick items from shelves according to pick tickets.
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for defects before packing.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load finished goods onto pallets or conveyor belts for shipping.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
