Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using handheld scanners and voice technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Inspect products for quality and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize remote scheduling tools to manage shift preferences
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Reliable transportation to Los Angeles facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
