Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing inventory for accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layout following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete digital inventory tracking using warehouse management systems
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexible availability (including weekends/evenings)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
