Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with team to optimize loading/unloading processes for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S workplace organization standards
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
