Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify item counts and locations.
- Inspect products for quality and damage, ensuring only perfect items are shipped.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the San Jose facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
