Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and verify items from inventory shelves according to digital pick lists.
- Packaging: Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels and barcodes correctly to ensure smooth processing.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep your work area organized and assist in periodic inventory counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and packaging machinery.
- Quality Control: Perform final checks on outgoing packages to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required; we provide full training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or computers to read pick lists.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance is essential.
- Teamwork: Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
