Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts using scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and labeling shipments for distribution.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
