Job Summary
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in our fulfillment process, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse shelves based on order pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning equipment quickly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
