Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are correctly labeled before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock levels and log activities.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for delivery, ensuring proper sealing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read barcodes and labels.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Work Ethic: Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
