Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation is required.
