Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in designated zones
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Assist with receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
