Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to maintain high-quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Label, wrap, and stage packages for shipping according to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocol.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory levels and workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor.
