Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels.
- Inspect all products for quality and defects before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
