Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and stock locations.
- Perform daily cycle counts and stock audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a professional work history.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
